Nn86news: Delaware Camporee

Hello Everyone,
As all of?you should?know, the Delaware District Camporee is approaching fast. It is being held on?May 2-4th at Lake Superior Park, NY. The Lodge is encouraging full participation for this camporee. We will be holding many OA elections for troops and?I am asking for everyone's help?to make?this happen. If you are available for this weekend, we ask for you to please attend thae camporee and help out as much as possible. There are many events planned this weekend and it should be alot of fun. If you are not part of the Delaware District, its ok. We are asking for everyone to participate in the hope to once again bring Delaware District alive again and encourage new scouts to become involved in the OA. Elections will be held in the late afternoon on Saturday imediately following a presentation about the OA by myself. The elections will be completed by groups of OA members who will be divided out to give elections to each individual troop. Please make the effort to attend and Please let me know if you are coming ASAP! The attached packet contains all the information you need for the weekend. Please ignore the registration forms. All you need to do is notify me that you are going and I will add you to the list.

On Sunday, we will be holding a Chapter meeting at 9am at the park?for Delaware District and anyone else who wants to attend. It will give everyone a chance to get aquainted and then we will discuss the status on the district and work on future events.
