Nn86news: OA help needed

Hi Brothers,
 
On Sat. June 14, 2008 the council will be holding it's annual Program  
Launch.  The OA has a very important part in Program Launch.  We are  in charge of 
the opening flag ceremony as well as we are to greet all incoming  leaders.  We 
did this last year and it worked very well.  We will also  have a table for 
the OA and we will be able to sell our T-shirts and  patches.
Program Launch is being held at Stewart Airport Hanger 1001 First St,  
Newburgh, NY.  I need volunteers to help with set-up so you will need to be  there 
by 8am.  Program Launch begins at 9am.  Volunteers are needed to  man the OA 
table (at least 1 adult is needed there), to man the greeting table  and 
computers that will be there for people to sign in on .  As well as for  the flag 
ceremony.
Now is the time for cheerful service.  Please let me know if you will  be 
able to attend, remember, full uniform and sash is required if you are  coming.
I need to let the council know how many will be there.
