Nn86news: Conclave 2008

Brothers,

            The 2008 Conclave (and final conclave for section ne-2c) is
rapidly approaching. It will be held August 22nd - 24th at Camp Keowa, Ten
Mile River Scout Camps. The theme is "Indian" Jones and the Raiders of the
Lost Conclave. This one is promising to be a blast with activities such as
the water trampoline that will be up on Saturday. If you're interested in
attending, please visit http://www.ne2c.org/conclave and register for the
event. The cost for the weekend is $30, but will be $35 if registering after
August 1st.

            A conclave is like an OA camporee. Many lodges from across the
section gather at a scout camp for a weekend of fun and fellowship. There
are awesome activities Friday night and Saturday afternoon varying from rock
climbing to water trampolines to blow darts. For those who like training,
training cells are offered on OA and Native American topics during Saturday
morning. Its an event you don't want to miss.
